Brown 31oz Silica Fabric 800℃ Working Temperature 0.05" Thick Fireproof Curtain
 
With 80-90% silicone contents, 1200gsm silica fabric is able to withstand heat at a high temperature of 1480℉ (800°C) continuously. This fireproof cloth peroforms better than 1050℉ (550℃) e-glass fiberglass fabric. Compared with same strength materials, silica fabric is easier to fabricate and more sofeness.
It is an ideal replacement for asbestos and applied for thermal and electrical insulation in harsh environments.
Silica fabric has two kinds of weave. It can be treated in different ways in order to meet specific purposes. Main products: fireproofing blanket, fireproof curtain, fireproof garments and heat-proof mat.
 
Standard width of this woven silica fabric is 91.44cm (36 inches), thickness of UPS-8120-92 is 1.3mm(0.05"), area weight at 1050g/m2(31oz/yd2). Its main application includes eat and flame shielding, heat resistant equipment,  foundries and power generation, protective material for welding, dust collecting and filtration.
