This point-type multisensor smoke and heat detector is an intelligent fire alarm detector designed for commercial buildings, integrating smoke detection and temperature detection into one unit. Built with a dedicated microprocessor, it simultaneously monitors environmental smoke concentration and temperature changes. When smoke concentration reaches the alarm threshold or temperature meets the set conditions, the detector immediately uploads alarm information to the fire alarm control panel, achieving rapid and reliable fire warning. The product adopts non-polarized two-bus technology, supports long-distance communication, and can seamlessly connect with XINGJIN Fire series controllers, providing comprehensive fire detection protection for various commercial premises.

1. Dual Detection Accurate and Reliable
The detector integrates dual functions of smoke detection and temperature detection. It is equipped with a dedicated fire detection microprocessor and combines advanced fire detection intelligent algorithms. It can simultaneously identify changes in smoke concentration and environmental temperature. When the smoke concentration reaches the alarm threshold or the temperature meets the requirements of A2R or BS categories, it will immediately upload the alarm information. The dual verification mechanism effectively distinguishes between real fires and environmental disturbances, minimizing false alarms and avoiding personnel evacuations and business interruptions caused by false alarms in commercial premises.
2. Ultra-Low Power Consumption Long-Distance Communication
Adopting non-polarized two-bus technology, the standby current is as low as 150μA, and the alarm current does not exceed 400μA, achieving extremely low power consumption. The non-polarized bus design eliminates the need for polarity distinction during wiring, significantly reducing installation difficulty and labor costs. It supports addressing ranges of 1-200 points for 11 protocol or 1-252 points for 62 protocol, meeting the requirements of medium to large commercial projects.

Installation and Usage Instructions

Wiring Requirements: Use flame-retardant twisted pair with conductor cross-section ≥1.0mm² (ZR-RVS 2×1.0mm²). Connect L1 and L2 to base terminals L1 and L2 respectively, no polarity distinction required.

Installation Steps: Secure the base to the pre-embedded box with two M4 screws; write the address using a programmer; insert the detector into the base and tighten clockwise.

Dust Protection: Do not remove the dust cover before the detector is put into use to avoid dust contamination affecting performance.

Commissioning Method: After installation, operate the controller for registration; use a specialized temperature gun to heat the grid holes or perform smoke testing; the indicator light stays on when the detector alarms; reset the controller to return to normal monitoring.

Regular Maintenance: It is recommended to conduct alarm tests every six months; according to GB29837-2013, the product service life generally does not exceed 12 years.
