This industrial-grade melting furnace features premium domestic electrical components and a robust vertical structure constructed from 16mm thick Q235 steel. The iron core utilizes high-quality 35Q135 silicon steel sheets from Wuhan Iron and Steel, while the melting ditch is cast from T2 copper. The water-cooled sleeve is precision-welded from 3mm thick 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, and the coil is wound from 22×14.5×3mm T2 hollow tubing. The hydraulic system incorporates Yuci-produced main fittings for reliable performance.
