Production Process Overview
Our automated hot rolling mill production line processes cold billets through a comprehensive system. Qualified cold billets are lifted to the charging roller table and pushed into the reheating furnace. When billet temperature reaches 1150-1250°C, they proceed through rough rolling, intermediate rolling, and finish rolling mills. Final products undergo heat treatment, cutting via multiple-length flying shear, cooling on cooling beds, and final cutting and inspection before collection, bundling, weighing, labeling, and storage.
