Semi-continuous hot rolled mill designed for producing deformed bar pre-stressed type with optimized weight and efficiency.

Design Basis
- Raw material: 75×75×2000mm billets
- Final products: Φ10-Φ24mm hot-rolled deformed bars, cut-to-length 12m
- Hourly output: 10 tons/hour
Rolling Configuration
- Layout type: Semi-continuous
- Rolling passes: 15 passes for Φ10mm deformed bar
- Total stands: 11 rolling mills (Φ400×1 rough, Φ300×6 intermediate, Φ300×2×2 finishing)
- Drive system: AC motor for rough rolling, AC motor drives six for intermediate, DC drives two for finishing
- Maximum rolling speed: 8m/s for Φ10mm deformed bar
