Brass Rod Continuous Casting Machine Process
This upward casting machine specializes in producing oxygen-free copper rods with an annual capacity of 2,000 metric tons. The system processes brass scraps (copper content >62%) through a complete production line from melting to automatic winding.
Equipment Configuration
Complete production line includes: charging device, furnace system (melting furnace, transition warehouse, holding furnace), continuous casting machine with crystallization moulding, dragger, speed device, and automatic winding machine.
