System Components
Induction Furnace System
Comprising furnace body, structural frame, and electromagnetic inductor. Features steel construction with fire-clay brick and quartz sand insulation. Voltage adjustable from 90V to 420V with water-cooled coils and copper rings for efficient melting.
Continuous Casting Mechanism
Main system component with AC servo motor, dual drawing rollers (0-1000 RPM), liquid level control, and interchangeable crystallizers for precise heat exchange and rod formation.
Double-Head Take-Up Machine
Cooling Water System
Closed-loop circulation providing 0.2-0.4MPa cooling water at 20°C-30°C with 50 m³/hour flow capacity. Includes 150m³ reservoir, pumps, piping, and cooling tower.
Electrical Control System
Comprehensive power distribution and automated control for melting furnace, casting machine, take-up systems, and cooling water management.
Production Process Flow
Raw materials enter melting furnaces via charging system. Copper transforms to liquid state through W-type inductor, flows to holding furnace, undergoes reduction under charcoal cover, and crystallizes into finished rods via upward casting process with intermittent traction.
