Features steel structure construction with fire-clay brick and quartz sand lining. Equipped with adjustable voltage coils (90V-420V) and water-cooled copper ring system for efficient melting of cathode copper.
Advanced drawing mechanism with AC servo motor and dual drawing rollers. Features automatic liquid level control and interchangeable crystallizers for precise size control.
Independent control system for each take-up unit with frequency changers to synchronize casting and take-up speeds.
Closed-loop cooling system with 150m³ water pool, pumps, and cooling tower. Maintains water temperature at 20-30°C with 50 m³/hour flow capacity at 0.2-0.4MPa pressure.
Comprehensive control system managing induction furnace, casting machine, take-up units, and cooling systems with individual operation cabinets.
