Brass Bar Horizontal Continuous Casting Machine
Industrial-grade horizontal continuous casting system for producing brass bars with diameters from 20mm to 150mm, featuring 80-300KW smelting furnace capacity.
Production Process & Equipment
Complete production line includes melting furnace, holding furnace, mold system, micro-travel reversible casting machine, synchronized shearing machines, winding machines, hydraulic unit, cooling system, and electromechanical control unit.

- Subsurface channel-type smelting-holding combination furnace for pure metal casting
- Cut-to-length synchronizing sawing machine for round, tubular, and special-shaped billets
- Material stock platform for receiving and storing finished billets
