This bell type annealing furnace is engineered for annealing steel strip, aluminum strip, and copper strip applications. Maximum loading capacity reaches 60 tons with loading diameter up to 2.6 meters and loading height up to 3.7 meters.

Heating Cover: Constructed from Q235A plate and steel profile with δ=5mm thickness. Heating unit utilizes Ni80Cr20 strip technology. Outer wall temperature maintained at no more than 35℃.

Inside Cover: Manufactured from high-quality SUS321 (1Cr18Ni9T) stainless steel with δ=6mm thickness.

Furnace Base: Designed for loading weight of 35 tons with coil weight capacity of 24 tons. Guiding plate and guiding blade components are fabricated from stainless steel 321. Features 40mm silicon rubber sealing between base and inside cover to ensure optimal air tightness.
