Automatic Steel Pipe Welding Machine Overview
This high-frequency welded tube mill system produces furniture steel tubes and ASTM A513 steel tubes with diameters from 16mm to 50.8mm and wall thicknesses from 0.7mm to 2.0mm. The complete production line includes uncoiling, butt-welding, forming, high-frequency welding, deburring, cooling, sizing, straightening, and cutting operations.
Production Process
The automated process begins with coil loading at the uncoiler, followed by butt-welding coil ends and delivery to the accumulator. The strip is continuously pulled at fixed speed, formed into open-pipe shape, welded using high-frequency technology, deburred, cooled, and shaped into round or rectangular/square pipes. After sizing, pipes are straightened and cut to fixed lengths by flying saw before final inspection.
