High-Frequency Welded Tube Mill Machine Overview
This alloy steel tube mill machine is designed for producing BS standard steel tubes and ASTM A53 steel pipes with diameters ranging from 31.8mm to 88.9mm. The complete production line processes cold rolled and galvanized steel coils into precision tubes at speeds up to 100m/min.
Production Process Flow
The manufacturing process begins with coil loading at the uncoiler, followed by butt-welding of coil ends and delivery to the accumulator. The strip is continuously pulled from the accumulator at fixed speed, formed into open-pipe shape, welded using high-frequency technology, deburred, cooled, and shaped into round or rectangular/square pipes. Final steps include straightening, cutting to fixed lengths with flying saw, and quality inspection.
