High Frequency Welded Steel Pipe Production Line
Complete automated production system for manufacturing high-frequency welded steel pipes with diameters from 76.2mm to 168mm and wall thicknesses from 2.0mm to 6.0mm.
Production Process Overview
The production line begins with coil loading at the uncoiler, followed by butt-welding of coil ends and delivery to the accumulator. The strip is continuously pulled from the accumulator at fixed speed, formed into open-pipe at the forming machine, then welded using high-frequency welding technology. The welded pipe undergoes deburring, cooling, shaping, and sizing for both round and rectangular/square profiles. After sizing, the pipe is straightened via Turkey-head device and cut to fixed lengths by flying saw. Final inspection occurs at the run-out table.
