Our security spikes are popular with homeowners for protecting their garden fences and walls. When fitted along the top of a wooden fence or a wall, they discourage climbing by people or animals, so are often used as an anti-cat or anti-fox measure, as well as being installed to keep children, or vandals, burglars or other unwelcome intruders from climbing into the garden.

Hesly razor spikes come with pre‐punched holes for easy installation. The spikes can be fixed to the panels using a bolt and nut with a backing plate or pop rivets with large washers. The spikes can be fitted to the tops of rigid mesh panels, either the front or above depending on the type of spike and mesh type/brand. They can also be used on walls, poles, crossbars, gates and trees etc.

Our metal anti-climb spikes are typically use as wall spikes, being fitted along the tops of walls or to building fascias, however they are also often bolted to or welded along the top of metal gates or fences.

The more aggressive wall spike products such as our Razorpoint or Razorspike (sometimes called viper spike) security spikes, are more likely to be used at commercial sites than in domestic environments and careful consideration must always be given to their suitability for any location in which their use is being considered.
