Huitian^® Nail-free adhesive is a one-component, solvent-free, high-strength modified polymer adhesive. After curing, the glue layer is elastomeric, with excellent adhesion and resistance to changes in temperature and stress. The product is eco-friendly and healthy and fully complies with the requirements of the EU RoHS Directive.

Properties before Curing

Directions For Use

• Clean the surface of the substrate, remove water, oil, and dust, keep the substrate dry, and make sure the substrate is firm, with no loose material or release agent.
• After aligning with the substrate, squeeze out the right amount of glue and apply it on the surface of the substrate. See the schematic diagram for the specific gluing method.
• Tightly press the glue at the bonding place. Within 5~8 minutes after gluing, the object bonded can be moved appropriately to adjust the position. For the bonding of heavy objects, auxiliary fixing is needed before full cure to ensure the bonding effect.
• After bonding, the glue can generally be cured in 48 hours at room temperature; if the bonded object/rack needs to bear weight or hang heavy objects, it needs to be cured for 72h or more to ensure the load-bearing effect and safety.
• The unused adhesive should be immediately sealed for storage. When used again, if there is a small amount of crust on the seal, remove it before using.
