Huitian^® 2810 rubber repair agent is a three-component RT-vulcanized PU adhesive that requires no heating. It has high bonding strength with metal, rubber, and fabric, and features medium hardness, resistance to wear, corrosion, impact and aging, and good elasticity.
 
Typical Applications
Repair of local defects on conveyor belts, cables, rollers, and other components; serving as insulation seal of cable joints, cold vulcanization protective layer of rubber conveyor belt joints, and lining coating against equipment cavitation. No special heating and pressure device required, for RT vulcanization. Good aging resistance, and excellent resistance to high and low temperatures.

Directions for Use
1. Use a tungsten steel grinding disc to roughen the surface of the broken rubber of the conveyor belt. Be careful not to polish or burn when grinding.
2. Use a cleaning agent to clean the surface dirt and residues after treatment until there is no dirt left in the cleaning agent, and then dry it naturally or heat it.
3. Apply a layer of rubber primer evenly on the treated rubber surface and dry it naturally or by heating.
4. Prepare the glue according to the weight ratio of A: B=20:1 and stir it quickly and evenly within 1 minute. Use it up within the operation period and prepare it as needed.
5. Use a short-bristled brush or a rubber scraper to apply the prepared glue to the treated glue surface. The thickness of each application should be controlled at about 1mm, and the total thickness should be controlled within 2mm.
 
Cautions
1. After Part A and Part B are well stirred, they must be used up within pot life.
2. When the temperature is low, proper heating can improve operability.
