Weeton 836A/836B is a solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive with strong versatility for various flexible packaging structures, including OPP(PET)/CPP, OPP/VMCPP, OPP/VMPET/PE, NY/LLDPE and AL/PE. 836A is an isocyanate-terminated main component while 836B is a polyester-based polyol, offering good leveling, excellent coating performance and fast curing.

Directions for Use & Precautions
- Set NCO/OH glue cylinder, hose and roller temperatures at 38-45C per the TDS typical parameters.
- Control production environment temperature at 20-30C and humidity at 45-65%.
- When humidity exceeds 70%, reduce 836B dosage by 5-10% and consult technicians for verification.
- When humidity exceeds 90%, reduce humidity before use and ensure tight sealing during use.
