HT 7406 Instant Glue for industry use

7406 Instant Glue is one-component, low viscosity. Surface is not sensitive to instantaneous adhesive.

Typical Usage:

Apply for inert material gluing, such as porous, acid and adsorption materials. High strength and adhesive quickly.

Clean the thread surface, eliminate greasy dirt and dry it, recommend use HT7755 cleaning agent to enhance effect.

Equably spread glue on the parts, immediately closed, and then pressing. Gap smaller than 0.05mm is the best seal effect, if the gap is quite big will affect curing speed. When the gap is quite big, we recommend use HT7769 accelerating agent to enhance seal effect.

In order to ensure the system to achieve the best bonding strength, we recommend the curing time over 24h, to guarantee glue line completely curing.

Announcements:

This product with bad effect on non-polar materials, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)…If you want to have the ideal effect, it must be cooperate with special surface treatment method.

This product must be stored far away from children.

This product contains Cyano ethyl acrylate, it’s stimulated for eyes. Suggest use it in a place with good ventilation.

If you carelessly touch eyes and skin, please wash it with water immediately.
