7595 RTV Silicone Sealant isone-component, de-oxime RTV, excellent weather resistance.

Typical Usage:

All kinds of mechanical equipment of the flange joint surface seal, not limited by combining surface size and shape, alternative all kinds of rubber gasket, asbestos pad, cork pad and paper pad.

Instructions:

1. Clean the thread surface, eliminate greasy dirt anddry it.

2. Squeeze a certain amount of glue into one of plane,form a continuous glue line, girding the parts to sealing. Suggest to pneumatic pressure no more than 0.4 MPa.

3. Fold and seal two surfaces with bolts; initial curing within an hour, at 25 ℃, 50% humidity, completely cured in 24 hours. In cold or dry condition needs much longer time to cure.

4. If the glue not use up, please tight blocks and sealed nozzle immediately. If there is a little crust in the
mouth of tube, remove it, it will not affect the normal use.
