Product description:

Huitian 917 is a single component, black, medium viscosity, high-strength, low odor polyurethane adhesive.Seam for filling the bus interior, locomotive, ship,container, cold storage and other parts.

971 has the following characteristics :dry and depth of fast curing time, appearance and no particles, after curing, polishing, painting. Can be easy to be repaired, water resistance, excellent low temperature performance.

Instructions for use:
Surface cleaning: clean surface remove the rust, dirt,water and oil etc.

Curing:

A large temperature and humidity environment on polyurethane adhesive surface drying and curing effect,low temperature, curing slow; temperature and humidity is too high, dry too fast.The best operating environmental conditions: temperature 20 to 30 DEG C for 50 ~ 70%RH, humidity exceeds 5 to 35 DEG C; the temperature, humidity 35 ~ 75%RH range please careful construction.Polyurethane adhesive in sizing and curing process, avoid contact with chemicals containing hydroxyl, amino and, this kind of material will cause the polyurethane glue curing incomplete.

Sizing:

Cut a small hole in the beak suitable rubber,barrel, glue mouth diameter should be considered izing width and decide, into the glue gun start sizing operation.

Storage:

Unused plastic blocks should be tightened immediately, to seal the tube mouth save. Again, if sealed,a little crust, remove immediately after, does not affect the normal use. In the process of storage, the nozzle may also appear a few crusts, remove after normal use, does not affect the product performance.

Note:
Keep away from children.If you accidentally come in contact with the skin, wipe it with a cloth before curing, and using alcohol solvent scrubbing.If the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water, and medical treatment.Recommended for use in a well ventilated place
