Brief discription
This upward continuous casting system is used to produce bright and long oxygen-free copper rod. The system is capable of producing directly from cathode copper to bright and long oxygen-free copper rod , copper tube, copper strip and other special shaped copper material . the copper rod diameters will be Ø8mm, Ø12.5 mm, Ø14.4 mm, Ø17 mm, Ø20 mm, Ø25 mm and so on.
As compared with the black copper rod produced by traditional mangler from copper ingot, the rod produced by this new upward continuous casting technology has its advantage of better quality, low production cost, low investment and no pollution in production.

Feature

4.The gapless connecting expansion sleeve is used for the traction device,the PLC is used to control the servo motor correctly,and to assure that each order from the PLC is accurate.
5.High accuracy and low backlash planetary reducer is used to make the crystallizing time more accurate,thus to increase the crystallzing quality.
6.The controlling system of furnace temperature uses paperless recorder.which is connected to the manager's computer.All the trmperture records within one moment can be checked ,through which the controlling of the furance temperture can be more effective and the rod quality can be increased.(according to clients' need)
