The QX series Compressor Motor Winding Coils Inserting Machine features a modular tooling design for quick tooling changes (8 minutes changeover time). Its horizontal winding insertion structure is ideal for large stator production and can be integrated with bovine-eye bearing platforms and Coil Expanding Machines for three-times winding insertion, reducing labor intensity and simplifying loading/unloading.
