This horizontal type semi-automatic winding inserting machine features Mitsubishi AC servo motor and pneumatic element system drive. Controlled by PLC and equipped with X and Y spindle auto feeding device, it automatically inserts coil and wedge into stator slots simultaneously.

The coil insertion process is critical in stator manufacturing. Our machine features high-quality, durable insertion tools and performs gang control of inserting main shaft, wedge paper feeding shaft, and wedge magazine indexing shaft through PLC control system. It completes enamelled wire insertion, slot wedge cutting/moulding, and wedge insertion in one operation, offering even wire push torque, stable wedge moulding, and high production efficiency.
