 * Ice dropping design: protect ice cutter and make the ice cutter motor

   running well.

 * Unique Design of Middle Partition: no gap between the ice making tube

   and middle partition panel, so the ice dropping smoothly.

 * Ice Tube Evaprator: 

   ice making tube: 1.5 mm thickness Stainless Steel 304;

   evaporator floor : 10 mm thickness Stainless Steel;

   middle partition: 35 mm thickness Carbon Steel;

   evaporator wall : 8 mm thickness Carbon Steel.

* Heat exchanger: improve the refrigerantion efficiency. Energy saving: low

   to 80 kw.h per ton ice.

  * Automatic ice out let: no need hand operation, save labor cost.

  * PLC controller: german siemens PLC controller control automatically,

    only need 2 people operate ( one people to pack the ice, one people to

    put the ice into cold storage).

  * Japan 304 SUS seamless steel pipe: make the ice more clean and make

    sure the machine have longer life span.

  * Different ice size for choice : 22mm , 28mm and 35mm .
