Powered by a 2.0 GHz Intel Celeron N5095 Quad-Core processor, the TS-864eU-RP 8-Bay NAS Enclosure from QNAP features a 2 RU space-efficient, short-depth design that makes it easy to install in small media cabinets or places with a lot of cabling. With expandable storage capacity and feature-rich apps, the TS-864eU-RP surpasses the previous generation.

Dual 2.5GbE RJ45 ports offer transfer speeds up to 5 Gb/s using port trunking. You'll also be able to expand application potential by installing a 2.5/5/10GbE network card, QM2 card, or 10 Gb/s USB expansion card into the PCIe 3.0 x2 slot. The TS-864eU-RP supports JBOD and Single as well as a variety of RAID modes, including RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60 each of which offer data redundancy, speed, or a combination of both.

This 8-bay enclosure has the ability to natively house both 3.5" and 2.5" SATA III and SATA II hard drives or SSDs. Using the external 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 480 Mb/s USB 2.0 Type-A, and HDMI 1.4b ports, this QNAP NAS can be connected to other QNAP devices as well as other external drives and displays.
