The Huawei OSFP-400G-SR4-D is a high-performance 400Gbps optical transceiver module designed for short-range data center interconnects. It adopts the OSFP-RHS form factor and complies with 400GBASE-SR4-D, OSFP MSA, and CMIS standards. Operating at 850nm with 4-channel PAM4 signaling, it delivers 400Gbps aggregate bandwidth over multimode fiber (MMF) using an MPO12 connector. The module supports transmission distances of 30m on OM3 and 50m on OM4 fiber, with an operating temperature range of 15°C to 70°C and typical power consumption of 8.5W. Ideal for high-density, low-latency 400G Ethernet links in hyperscale data centers and cloud infrastructure, it ensures reliable, high-speed connectivity with industry-standard interoperability.
