The COP-SI800G-LR8 is a high-performance hot‑pluggable OSFP 800GBASE-LR8 optical transceiver module, designed for long-reach 800G high-speed transmission over single-mode fiber.
Adopting 8×106.25G PAM4 modulation and a nominal 1310nm wavelength with EML laser technology, it supports reliable transmission up to 10 km on standard G.652 SMF. The module adopts a standard MPO‑16 APC interface, fully compliant with IEEE 802.3df, OSFP MSA and CMIS 5.x industry standards.
Built-in complete DOM/DDM real-time monitoring, it enables remote diagnosis of temperature, voltage, optical power and laser bias current. With low power consumption, stable thermal performance and commercial operating temperature (0℃~70℃), it is widely deployed for long-distance data center interconnection, carrier backbone, cross-building campus links, AI GPU clusters and high-performance computing networks.
