The COP-SI400G-LR4 is a high-performance 400G QSFP-DD LR4 silicon photonics optical transceiver, compliant with the 400GBASE-LR4 standard and IEEE 802.3bs specifications. It adopts advanced CWDM4 four-wavelength design (1271/1291/1311/1331 nm) and PAM4 modulation, supporting stable 400Gbps transmission up to 10 km over standard G.652 single-mode fiber.

Featured with a hot-pluggable QSFP-DD form factor and duplex LC interface, this module integrates built-in DOM/DDM real-time monitoring for optical power, temperature, voltage and laser current. It delivers low power consumption, excellent thermal stability and full interoperability with mainstream 400G switches, routers and optical devices from Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Huawei and more.
