Welding hinge heavy duty H603A, with steel washer, material: iron, finishing: self color or zinc plating

The heavy duty door hinge H603A Information & Specifications:

1. The material of this supper have duty welding hinge is steel.

2. The finishing is self color,of course zinc plating color (golden or white ) is available.

3. This hinge is consist of one strong pin, two pieces steel washers, and three pieces opened leaves(the middle peice leaf is longer than other two).

4. Hinge size is 28X178MM, thickness is 4MM, the length of leaf is 40MM and 81MM, the diameter of steel pin is 20mm and it is white zinc plating color.

5. The opened angle of each leaf is 90 degree, this is special for welding fix, make it more convenience.

6. We quote this door hinge by each piece, but normaly it needs at least two pieces of this welding hinge to fix a door.

7. If this hinge is self color, we will put the anticorrosive oil on the hinge, also the hinge have hole to add the greese to keep the welding hinge be flexible after fixed with doors.
