The heavy duty door hinge BH613 Information & Specifications:

1. The material of this welding hinge is black iron.

2. The size of this hinge is 58X60mm, thickness is 3.5mm.

3. The steel pin of this door hinge is riveted by machine, so the pin can't be droped out, it strenghen the safty after the hinge welded on the door. This hinge is similar wih welding hinge BH607.

4. One leaf is bended to fit the gate or door.

5. It is very flexible, becuase the hinge are covered with anticorrosive oil.

6. The material of the hinge and hinge barrel is mild steel, the finishing is self color.

7. We designed this welding hinge for doors with hinge radial loads and door with closers.

8. Usually we quote this hinge by one piece, but normally it should be use 2 piece(one pair) for each door.

9. The packing: 10pcs in one inner box, 100pcs per carton, then pallet.
