2.How to use?

(1) Place tie into the opening channel between the blade and rotating shaft.

(2) Move gear wheel front and back, fastening tie.

(3) Push handle forward, and pull blade handle downward, cut off tie.

   Sweep away the surplus tie, move tool away, lock it.
