This optimized cutting and collecting system is practically and cost-effectively suitable for different sizes of high-speed guillotines to automatically finish loading and unloading, transportation,piling and collecting sheets, which can
enhance working-efficiency, reduce labor intensity,save the time and more advantages.
This system consists of Lifting machine and Paper unloading machine.
The humanized-design loading machine can automatically lift up and down,which makes the operator have the suitable position to send sheets smoothly into the paper cutter to decrease manual transportation and increase 10% working efficiency.
The unloading machine can automatically pile papers neatly, therefore, after the guillotines cut papers, the operator only sends them into the working table of the unloading machine and this machine can automatically place the paper onto the pallets stably, which can enhance working efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
The automatic unloading machine not only increases productions but also piling and collecting will bring more conveniences for the subsequent processes.
This new system is the first inventions in China and through this way, some unnecessary pauses in the downstream processes will be reduced obviously to largely enhance working efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
