0.6/1kV 4x120mm2 FRC Cable CU Conductor MICA Tape XLPE Insulated PVC Sheathed Fire Proof Cable

 

Constructions-

Conductor - Class 1/2 Plain annealed copper wires, solid or stranded, with mica tape wound

Insulation - XLPE or LSZH compound

Sheath - PVC/PE/LSZH compound

Core color- red, black, blue, white for active core, green/yellow for earth core, orange or red or black for sheath

Max. Operating Temperature - 100 meters per roll or wooden drum or as per requirement

Production Capacity - 20 kilometer/ day

MOQ -  5000 meters for small size, 1000 meters for big size

 

Applications-

These cables are installed to supply power to building essential services including fire alarms,

sprinkler control system, emergency and evacuation lighting and smoke control systems,

such as high rise buildings and apartments, airports, shopping centres, cinemas and road and rail tunnels

And tall building, Hospital, Theatre, Power station, Metro Tunnel or Petrochemical Industry or other special place required for low smoke , zero halogen clean and safe cable.

Operating characteristics

1. Max Long-time operating temperature of PVC insulated cable is 70°C,XLPE 90°C;

2. Installing temperature of cable should not be less than 0°C;

3. Max short-circuit temperature is:PVC not exceed 160°C,XLPE 250°C,Not more than5 Sec;

4. Permitting bending radius cable: Not less than 10 D times (D:external diameter of cable)

5. Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkali, grease and organic solvents, and flamer retardant.
