Hydraulic Split Type Whipstock
Purpose :For better meeting the needs of double casing or sidetracking open window in the long open hole sections , our company specially developed dual-cylinder whipstock. This product is mainly directed against the long construction period and great construction difficulty .
Structure:. Dual hydraulic cylinders and four groups slips, with internal special connection structure to make sure the liquid sealing and pressure transmission smoothly. Two groups of hydraulic cylinders work independently, four groups slip directional chucking and ensure the whole setting process firmly and accurate, and be safe and reliable during operation.
Cambered design:
Incline of whipstock is cambered.After super hardening treatment, incline is well matched with milling tools , centralizer effect is very good, the Window is regular ,custom, sleek with precise location. During construction, it is easy to control bit pressure, reduce bit boucing and bit jumping , and lower the downhole accident rate.
