Process:Cold rolling process,compared with the traditional cold drawing and honing process

The precision of the inner holes is 0~0.05mm

Smoothness is between Ra~0.8 to Ra~1.6

The same section thickness deviation is +-0.20mm

within the ellipticity of 0.05mm

Straightness is 0.2mm/m

The housing made of cold rolled forming process can be used directly without honing,in this way a great deal of processing cost can be saved and work efficiency is improved.
