Our pump shaft material is made by vacuum smelting process and in the manufacturing procedure we also use straightening machine and eddy

current testing equipment and ultrasonic flaw detection to make sure product mechanical property and product  quality stability and uniformity.

It is mainly made of Monel alloy K500. Due to its special and excellent resistance to torsion, tensile and other mechanical properties,and under complex working conditions, it has high temperature and corrosion resistance, which can make the pump have a satisfactory running life under the maximum strength and load,this material has been used for a long time and a wide range of applications.Nickel as one of the main components of the pump shaft, the accurate determination of its composition is particularly important.
