RYP2004B  is a monochrome 20x4 character LCD display module. Module size is 98.0 x 60.0 mm. The series has built in IC ST7066, supporting default interface 6800; other available options for interface are SPI and I2C. Default voltage is 5V; when using 3V, the supply for negative voltage has to be 3V also. LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN15, PIN16 or A & K.
