Concrete Vibrator Shaft

Functional Description:

 Apply to compact concrete, make it bind togeter tight and eliminat concrete phenomena such us honeycomb, further increase its strength to ensure the quality of concrete.

Main Features:

1. The tip of vibrator, which forged by high-quality 40 Cr-alloy steel with Salt bath furnace quench technology, mostly improving the mechanical capacity up to hardness of HRC52-58 degree;

2. Leeving: Use 45# carbon steel, handled by high-frenquency quenching and the hardness is up to HRC50~52 degree

3. Rolling element: handled by high-frenquency quench with high grade 40 Cr-alloy steel

4. Flexible pipe: Use high-quality native rubber and 65# Mn alloy spring steel and the thickness around 1.8MM.

Each concrete vibrator shaft are strictly tested by our engineer before sealed in the bag or packed in the carton box. So our quality can be guaranteed.
