Brief

It suits for welding hydro-cylindera with diameter range of φ50～300mm and a maximum length is 3000mm. The fixture is composed of main spindle box, lathe bed, pneumatic support, pneumatic tailstock, trolley, motor-slider, protection cover, controller, MIG torch system and automatic heating system. The work piece is clamped by adjustable chuck on the headstock, and then the tailstock clamps the work piece by pneumatic device; When necessary, it allows using pneumatic support in the middle of work piece.
