 This is a latest design of S45C material Smith Bar for Barbell Weight Exercise, the sizes 2200mm is the common standard size in the experience of our production in the past and also the requirement of the world . the S45C for smith bar is the most economic material in all material to be acceptable in Smith Bar use , be sure not to use normal steel for Smith Bar . it is a big problem.

 For the material of S45C use in this item , It is more beautiful than final parts made by normal steel as we mentioned before ,especially for weight force requirements,the hardness is quite important which coudld be damaged if not ,the weight force normal to be asked by 750lbs at least which normal steel is not able to reach at all . but for S45c ,1500lbs is avaiable after heat treatment . of course,there are also some high quality metal which never be a problem in any way ,but the cost will be much higher , S45c is hard enough to pass testing in gym .

  For the difference of S45c for this item from the normal steel acception , we compared with them by each sample , the truth is that it is harder to process S45c than normal steel but also little more beautiful as well . so it deponds on the buyers for a final decision. but for this product ,never use normal steel.
