Heat treatment
Heat treatment of WE43 castings requires the material to be solution treated for 8h at 525°C (977°F). Then air cooled. It can be hot water quenched as well. It can be aged for 16h at 250°C (482°F). After these processes, the material has to be air cooled
Welding
WE43 can be welded using tungsten arc inert gas process. A filler rod of similar composition should be used.
Machining
WE43 can be easily machined using high powered tools and speed.

The existing 800 tons, 2500 tons and 4,000 tons of extruder, two melting furnace, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of magnesium rods, magnesium alloy products 50,000 tons, reaching an annual output value of more than 5 billion yuan. We can determine the length of the bar product according to the customer's different requirements.
