Thermal Analysis Quality Analyzer for melting iron

1 Brief Introduction

CE meter is widely used to measure carbon equivalent, carbon content, silicon content, pouring temperature TM, liquidus temperature TL, solidus temperature TS of molten iron. The results can be printed directly.

2 Characteristics

• The measurement results are directly read by digital display. The measuring time is 2-3 minutes, which is convenient for foundry engineers to make subsequent operation.

Application
This thermal analyzer is mainly used in the foundry industry for rapid detection
and analysis of hot metal components.
The thermal analyzer can be operated by connecting the power supply, sample cup and the support holder. Pour the molten iron to be measured into the sample cup and the thermal analyzer can automatically measure the carbon content C%, silicon content Si%, carbon equivalent CEL of the molten iron within 2 to 3 minutes.
Thermal analyzer has the characteristics of fast, simple and accurate, and should play a greater role in controlling the quality of casting production.
