Specifications:

1) the bushing use high aluminum porcelain C130 , the Max. insulator ID we can produce is 500mm , at the same time , we must guarantee the insulator profile section is a circle , the roundess must be in torcelance.

2) The hollow insulator specially used for dust percipitators as a insulation parts, insulator will working in a souranding temperature  up to 400℃ . which common porcelain can't withstand. So when we make insulator component design , the Al2O3 percentage must be above 60% .

In this way , insulator firing temperature must be over 1300℃ ,the related production cost will increase much also .

3) the applicable standard is IEC standard .
