Zimmer America uses a special patented device to 100% straighten Roll Rods before they are shipped to the customer and guaranties straightness of the Roll Rod for its lifetime.

Zimmer America uses only a special magnetically activated stainless steel alloy. It is specially produced for Zimmer America only in diameter sizes of 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm. All roll rods on the market that are not metric do not meet Zimmer America's quality standard.

Rods with a diameter larger than 20mm are hollow. Roll Rod lengths available are from 500 mm (20") to 5000 mm (197").
