2. Property:
It is mainly used for the whiteing and brightening of polyster fibers and its blending fabrics, especially suitable of polyster fiber knitted fabrics at low temperature(95-100℃)
3. Usage:
1) low temperature absorption dip-dyeing method:
Use quantity:0.3-0.7%(o.w.f)
Bath ration:1:10-20
Dyeing temperature: 95-100℃
Dyeing time: 30-40mins
PH value: 4.5-5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
Technological process: add additives, acetic acid( adjust PH:4.5-5.5) and 199:1 liquid into the dye bath according to the recipe, increase temperature to 95-100℃ with a rate of 2-3℃ each min,keep constant temperature for 30-40mins→cooling→washing→dehydration and stoving(80-100℃),its whiteness can meet the requirements of users. If users have seeting equipment, after washing and dehydration, conduct pre-dyeing(80-100℃),baking (170-175℃,30-40s), its whiteness can be better.

pad dyeing method:
Use quantity: 1.5-4g/l
Process flow: two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing(mangle expression 70%)→pre-dyeing(100℃)→curing and setting(175-180℃,30s)

HTHP dip dyeing method:
Use quantity: 0.2-0.5%(o.w.f)
Bath ratio:1:10-20
Dyeing temperature: 120-130℃
Dyeing time: 30-60mins
PH value: 4.5-5.5

if suspension liquid is found precipitated and separated, just shake it before use, which does not affect the use effect.

Please note that use this product within its yellow spot, i.e. Pad dyeing ≤5g/l, dip dyeing ≤0.8% (o.w.f). If use this product beyond its yellow spot, it will be easy to become yellow
