Fancoil de pared o de suelo: se utiliza mayoritariamente en viviendas, ya que permiten aprovechar la red de tuberías de los radiadores tradicionales. Se colocan a nivel del suelo junto a la pared como los radiadores.

Recoge el aire por la parte inferior (delantera o trasera), el aire absorbe el calor o frío de la batería y lo suelta por la parte superior. Existen modelos, como el de la imagen, que son fancoils extraplanos, ocupando menos espacio en la estancia.
