Q1. What payment modes are available?

T/T, Western Uion, Paypal , Money Gram are acceptable.

Q2. What’s the lead time for my order?

Usually for sample order, it takes roughly 5-7 business days.

While official mass order will take 15 to 20 business days to ship.

Q3. How long can I get the lights?

That depends on shipping method as agreed. Normally you can receive the goods within 1 week if shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT express, while 1 month later if shipped by boat.

Q4. How is the packing? Is it safe in transportation?

Default packing is carton, concerning safety in transportation, we will put EPE (pearl cotton) protection, and stick FRAGILE labels if necessary. While you can choose paid flight case packing instead.

Q5. Can I have samples first?

Sure. Sample order is accepted. Just let us know whenever you need.
