Production Line
During the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending/forming, automatic welding, drill holes, we will check the quality before galvanization, and after the poles are galvanized , we will straighten the poles, check the pole surface and holes and all the specifications according the production drawings. Then we will deliver the poles according to the contract.
Steel Pole Test
Baojuhe factory has professional inspection team to test the poles before delivery. We can do the raw material thickness test, galvanization thickness test, load test and lab test according to clients' requirements.
