Manufacturing
Our factory owns advanced machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shearing machine, shearing machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have Microcomputer Automatic Carbon Sulfur Silicon Analyzer to check the raw material after purchasing the steel sheet.
Then we have Physical Performance Test, Mechanical Test, Galvanization Thickness Test, Load Test and Lad Test during and after the manufacturing process. All the effort is to meet our clients' requirements.
Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for one 40HQ is 26 tons.

Q : How to place order on traffic signal pole ?
A: Customer offers the picture or drawing of the pole, we evaluate the cost of it.
If the customer can't offer drawing, advise the detailed dimentions, we will work with
the drawing for confirmation.
