Material
Usually we use Q235 or Q345 for lighting poles.
Q235 equipment to SS400, ASTM A36. Min Yield Stress 235 Mpa.
Q345 equivalent to S355JR. Gr 50. Min Yield Stress 345 Mpa.
After purchasing the steel sheet, we check the raw material in our lab test room. We have carbon sulfur silicon analyzer to chek the elements of the steel sheet. Silicon less then 2%. We'll return the raw material if they are unqualified. We make steel poles with good quality from the first beginning.

Our lighting steel poles are non-standarded. We usually manufacture the poles according to cliens' various drawings or detailed specifications. So please offer us the drawing first and then we can give you the accurate quotation after calculating the weight accroding to the drawing. Of course, we can give you some advice if you are a new buyer and have no drawing.

Manufacturing
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shearing machine, shearing machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.
Our welding penetration rate is above 95%.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanizing, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
We do the galvanization thickness test, load test and physical mechanical test in our factory. If clients request, we can do a third-party test like SGS, CCIC test for our clients.
Delivery
Our nearest port is Shanghai Port. We normally use plastic sack to pack the poles and use 40HQ containers to delivery. Our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
